Order Processing Time

All Fast Brain Booster orders placed in Canada are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

For orders shipping to Canada from our international warehouses, packages may occasionally be held at customs for inspection. Wrong Address or Lost Package?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Fast Brain Booster cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier delays do occasionally occur.

Didn't Receive a Shipping Confirmation?

If it has been more than 2 business days since your order was placed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Promotions or Spam folders. If you still cannot find it, contact our Canada Help Desk with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
